192.168.0.254 is the default gateway IP address used be a number of router brands and WIFI repeater devices, such as the TPlinkrepeater.net WIFI signal repeater,  a number of TP-Link routers, and many other router brands.

The 192.168.0.254 IP address default gateway is also used by many modems, webcams and some DVRs.
